Training: Byron Bay Lighthouse
Defying the clouds overhead, we head to Byron Bay to continuing riding and training for our Oxfam Cambodia Challenge trip, now only 3 weeks away! Training: Moreton Island
Leaving the bikes on their racks, Dave and Jen take their training schedule for the Oxfam Cambodia Challenge to the tracks and dunes of Moreton Island. One of Queensland, Australia's most accessible island escapes, the natural setting remains untouched outside of an eco friendly resort and some fantastic sustainable quad bike trails. The undoubtable highlight is of course the inland desert with staggering, leg aching dune climbs awaiting those excited and silly enough to tackle them.
Training: Burleigh to the Seaway
On a beautiful Spring afternoon we ride from Burleigh to the Southport Seaway to do a 30km return ride in training for the Oxfam Cambodia Challenge.
